Phil Starting 25 March 2019 in Klang Valley and in other cities on 27 March 2019, Grab riders who arrived 5 minutes late or cancelled after 5 minutes of booking will get charged for Rm3.
In order to protect your earnings and reduce cancellations by passengers, the Cancellation Compensation fee will be charged to passengers end of *March 2019 when:
1. Passenger cancels after 5 minutes of booking;
2. Passenger don’t show up for their booking and the driver cancel the ride with reason “Passenger no-show”.
Please note that drivers are not eligible for any compensation if they do not move towards the passenger, or if they take too long to arrive.
